Job Order : Drydock – Replacement Slewing Bearing

Located at Drydock PT.SMI Cilegon, this vessel need to replacing slewing bearing due to reaching maximum running hours.

This process also need lasering test for pedestal and coulumn surface, and if the lasering result are over the tollerance, pedestal or coloum surface required to be machining flatness.

Final stage, crane will be performing load test after replacement completed.

Located on Bunati Loading Anchorage, this crane Vessel was suspected of having a damaged Hoisting Gearbox and needed assistance with an immediate replacement.

Seacrane Asia Service Team was contacted to Install Hoisting Gearbox, and a team was immediately deployed.

Located at Drydock PT.SMI Cilegon, this vessel need to replacing slewing bearing due to reaching maximum tollerance clearance of slewing bearing.

This process also need lasering test for pedestal and coulumn surface, and if the lasering result are over the tollerance, pedestal or coloum surface required to be machining flatness.

Above Java Sea, an AWB Crane suddenly trouble when operated. Causing operational disturb and delay job process.

Seacrane Asia Service Team contacted for unexpected trouble crane on vessel. Crane cannot lifting its maximum capacity.

After remote assist was carried out and the problem was unsolved, the Seacrane Asia team was sent to the location.

When Vessel must operated normally but unexpected trouble happens, its difficult time for everyone to face

Seacrane Asia Service Team contacted for unexpected trouble crane on vessel, there were Crane 1 slewing itself when hoist up and Crane 4 intermittent stop. With limited time due to cargo loading activities, remote assist actions was difficult choice and need to go on board as soon as possible.

With the spirit of independence, Seacrane Asia Service Team then deploying to vessel.

During loading cargo operation, suddenly luffing boom crane wont operate, many error message showing up either on monitor and MC card, jib cannot parking in boom rest and its dangerous position for crane.

The Seacrane Asia Service Team was then contacted, after remote assist was carried out and the work was unsuccessful, the Seacrane Asia team was sent to the location.

Main Problem : Luffing Hydraulic Oil Motor overleakaged

After securing jib on boom rest, then Seacrane Asia Service Team carrying out several actions and found that the luffing hydraulic motor oil had an internal leak and had to be replaced immediately.

Unfortunately, spare parts are not available on board.

After providing a short course in installing motor luffing oil, Seacrane Asia Service Team left the job site.
