Slewing bearing is critical part at crane. When its damaged, crane will not able to operated.
To replaced it, its need specified time and location. Also need experienced engginer to execute.

Seacrane Asia Service Team was contacted for Supervised Replacement Slewing Bearing 2 cranes for only 1 night (without flattness)

After time and location fixed, Experienced Engineer Seacrane Asia Service Team deploying to location

MacGregor, K5028-4HD – Instalation Hoisting Gearbox

Crane Type      :      MacGregor, K5028-4HD

Location          :      Muara Berau / Samarinda / Indonesia

Job Order        :      On Site – Installing Gearbox Holding

Gearbox Holding was damaged and previously SeaCrane Asia Service team was deployed and succesfully dismantling holding Gearbox.

After incoming new gearbox, SeaCrane Asia Service team deploying to installing gearbox holding

Additional Job :  Replacing Hydraulic Oil Motor

After succesfully installing gearbox, SeaCrane Asia Service team found that hoisting winch wont operated normally.

SeaCrane Asia Service experience Engineer then performing Trouble shooting and found that Hydraulic Oil motor was over leakaged and need to be Replaced.

After replacing Hydraulic Oil Motor, Crane able to operating Normally and ready to Cargo Operation.

During normal cargo operation, suddenly crane stop working and error 58 appear on MacGreggor control card.

Seacrane Asia Service Team was then contacted, and after remote assist trouble shooting, problem found from Damaged Gearbox Hoisting.

Seacrane Asia Service Team then deploying to Dissambly Gearbox Holding on site.

During loading cargo activities, crane reported noise coming when hoist operation. After remote assist, the noise was thought to come from the hoisting motor
